Interpretation: From the depths of Dimension 209k, the cephalopod emerges as the cutest incarnation of the Elder Gods. They know all that transpires in the universe, they have existed through incomprehensible chaos, they mold the minds of men to their bidding (which is especially easy when working with the short-sighted, the greedy, and politicians). What the human mind can contemplate is but a mote in the eye of the Great Old Ones. Wear it to trigger existential foreboding or arouse your companions. Could go either way.
